Dr. Chris Carter earned his D.M.D. from the Oregon Health Sciences University in 2000 before completing a year of additional training to obtain his AEGD certificate from Camp Pendleton in California. After serving his country in the United States Navy, he returned to OHSU, where he completed a two-year residency in orthodontics and received the OHSU Orthodontic Research Award. Dr. Carter is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honorary Dental Society and the OHSU Alumni Association. Dr. Carter shares with Dr. Lili the same cosmetic principles and techniques needed to achieve a great esthetic and functional orthodontic treatment result.
